We had a great time with friends, enjoying the private hot springs in our room and the scenic mountain view. The free shuttle to the nearest MRT made exploring places like Beitou Hot Springs and Xinbeitou Park super easy. The friendly staff were always ready to help us with anything we needed.
The breakfast included was a bit basic, lacking variety. Also, the location's uphill setting made for some tiring walks.

Couples looking for a quiet retreat
The staff was really good! They helped me order pizza when I couldn’t get my app to work, using their phone, in return they brought it to our room. We forgot a charger, but they contacted us right away and sent it back without hesitation.
It wasn't inexpensive, but for the experience, it felt acceptable.

The staff went above and beyond during my stay. Ms. Amy was exceptionally friendly and offered great local recommendations. The huge hot spring tub in the Only Suite made my evenings incredibly relaxing, providing a perfect escape after touring. The breathtaking mountain view from the patio allowed me to unwind in nature while enjoying my coffee in the morning.
Breakfast could use some variety.

I stayed in the Happiness Suite for one night. The room was super spacious and had a huge comfy bed. It even had a hot spring tub, which was a nice touch! There was also a dining platform and a patio, which made it feel even roomier. The breakfast options were decent, and I appreciated the late check-out at 12 PM. The service was amazing, especially Ms. Amy, who was so welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.
